MEET OUR CHAIRMAN

Chairman Mark Henry Heberling has spent his career in public service in New York State. He was elected and served as the Town of Farmersville’s Councilman and Deputy Supervisor. As Deputy Town Supervisor, he was instrumental in securing for his Town, the largest private investment of capital in the Town's history---the Great Lakes Cheese Factory. This project consists of a 500,000 square foot, 500 million plus dollar manufacturing plant. Additionally, Chairman Heberling served over 31 years with NYSDOT in various positions and retired from the Department in the Fall of 2020. Chairman Heberling lives in Farmersville, New York with his wife (Ginger Schroder Heberling) where they own and operate Waverly Pond Farm---an exotic and heritage breed poultry endeavor that supplies poultry products to restaurants and holistic health food stores across the Southern Tier and WNY. They also founded and are still actively involved in a horse rescue which rescues and rehabilitates horses, ultimately placing them in forever homes. Their farms’ own herd is comprised of eight rescue horses! The Heberlings enjoy entertaining friends and family on their farm where all can watch the antics of their farm’s dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl and peacocks.
