Republican Leaders assemble from the 23rd Congressional District to select representatives for the 2024 RNC Convention.

On the evening of Friday, May 31 Republican leaders from across the 23rd Congressional district assembled in the Village of Ellicottville to select Republican Delegates and Alternates Delegates that will attend the RNC Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in July. The 23rd Congressional District is a large district that spans seven counties. Which includes the counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Schuyler, and Steuben. In attendance at the meeting were Allegany County Chairman Mike Healy, Cattaraugus County Chairman Mark Heberling, Chautauqua County Chairwoman Nacole Ellis, Steuben County Chairman Joe Sempolinski, Allegany County State Committee Member Lee James, and Cattaraugus County Committee Director of Communications Mason Palude. The Republican Leaders selected three Delegates and three Alternate delegates to represent the 23rd Congressional District at the RNC Convention in July at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Cattaraugus County Republican Chairman Mark Heberling was one of the three Delegates. Chairman Heberling stated that it will be an honor and privilege to represent Republicans in the 23rd Congressional District at the RNC Convention. The group was very enthusiastic about President Trump as the Republican candidate and future President of the United States.
